***PLEASE keep in mind when choosing your method of shipping that PURE GOLD is not responsible for packages once it leaves our facility. For that reason, you may want to consider insuring your order, if you've had issues in the past of not receiving packages. We will happily file a claim with USPS, UPS or FEDEX, but if the package is lost and it's not insured, there is really nothing else we can do. Also please in mind that our shipping is based on our business hours, which is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST (excluding holidays).
